If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to all subscription plans (Builder, Pro, Studio) and the Launch Pass.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through our contact page and we'll help.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Paddle's refund policy also applies.
