1. Who we are

The ScreenShot App (the "Service") is operated by Weldon Ryan ("we", "us", "our"), an individual based in the United States. When you use the Service or buy a plan, you are contracting with Weldon Ryan.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age to form a contract in your country, and if you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

The Service helps you design App Store and Google Play screenshots, write store listings, localise content, and prepare launch packages. Some features use AI to generate text and suggestions.

4. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
• upload or create content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• upload malware, probe or attack our systems, or scrape the Service;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service, or get around usage limits;
• use AI features to create illegal, hateful, deceptive (including deepfakes), or harmful content, or try to bypass safety filters.

6. AI-generated content

You are responsible for what you enter and how you use the results. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; check it before publishing to any app store. You confirm you have the rights to the screenshots, images, and text you upload. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these rules. Rights holders can report infringing content through our contact page; repeat infringers will lose access.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, templates, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of your content and the screenshots you export, and you give us a limited licence to host and process that content only to provide the Service.

8. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee approval by Apple, Google, or any app store.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies. You can stop using the Service at any time. After your account closes, we may delete your content after a reasonable period.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data, or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

12. General

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Weldon Ryan resides, and any claim will be brought in the courts there.
